Children’s Learning Center Governance
Board of Directors
Children’s Learning Center is a nonprofit corporation that is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 5 Children’s Learning Center parent members and 5 community members. Children’s Learning Center parent board members are elected each summer for the coming year. The board functions in an advisory, policy-making capacity.
